This Government Is Out Of Control As It Attacks The People It Serves

Riot Squad Arrests New Zealanders While Singing the National Anthem.

The NZ Outdoors & Freedom Party is appalled at the government’s complete disregard for the rule of law and human rights and its conduct to try to stamp out dissenting views and subjugate the people. Today at Parliament grounds the NZ Police are illegally trespassing people and arresting them after Labour Party speaker Trevor Mallard tried to close Parliament’s grounds.

Parliament belongs to the people not Labour and all citizens of NZ have the right to protest under the Bill of Rights and international law. But apparently the Labour government considers itself above the law and have called in the police to try to protect themselves from the people’s voice. Their draconian attempt to stomp on people’s alienable rights will translate into more frustration and more protest.

“Why wont the Prime Minister or any other elected representative front the people and answer their questions?” Says Sue Grey. “It seems they know their spin cannot withstand any questions. They are now so far out of line with the rest of the world, they must feel very exposed. The only way out is for them to admit they got it wrong and agree to end the mandates immediately. Even the government now admit that many wont even know they had Omicron, and the government are now sending infected essential workers back to work.”

500 police were sent to Wellington to try to break the protest.  The can try, but the protest is not going away until freedom from arbitrary mandates is returned to the people of NZ

Co Leaders of the Outdoors and Freedom Party, Alan Simmons & Sue Grey were in the convoy and  at the protest grounds for the last two days, promoting a new style of government by the people, for the people.

“The diverse New Zealanders occupying Parliament’s from lawn represent the many tens of thousands of New Zealanders who lined the roads to cheer on the convoy as it passed through small towns and communities on the way to Wellington.” says Sue Grey. “It was incredible Every town had hundreds and sometimes thousands lining the streets. Tiny farm roads had families standing waving and cheering on 4WD bikes and utes. The Spirit of New Zealand was obvious as people come in droves to support.  For the Prime Minister to simply parrot a message that only a small minority are protesting is nonsense. The people now see through her spin and demand honesty and integrity.”

The NZ Outdoors and Freedom Party stands with local people and communities against the current discriminatory and divisive policies.
